Before your home is cleaned, I will give your home a walkthrough so I can calculate the cleaning service cost. If you are remote I can formulate on estimate from recent pictures, number of beds and bathrooms, and square footage. I can charge by flat rate, hourly, or per square foot, they average around the same. The walkthrough will allow me to assess how clean your home is already, how much work needs to be done, and any structural or clutter issues that may make it difficult for them to clean. The amount of time it takes to clean, how many people live in the home and habits, frequency of cleanings, pets that shed, and add-ons.
The first cleaning will usually take the longest as I acclimate to your home. If you haven't been able to regularly maintain your home the first time cleaning will be a Deep Clean to reset the space. I prefer to set up Flat Rates based on your needs and average costs.
Standard cleaning includes dusting, mopping, vacuuming, emptying trash, and mirrors in bedrooms and living spaces. In the bathrooms faucets, mirrors, and mirrors are polished, sinks, showers, tubs and toilets get wiped, scrubbed and/ or bleached as needed. Kitchen appliances are wiped and stainless steel polish if applicable, items are removed from counter and cleaned, toaster crumb removal, scrub sink and drain. Sweep, mop or vacuum throughout! Reoccurring visits get rotated deep cleaning rotated in as needed.
Deep/ Construction Cleaning includes ceiling fans, high dusting corners and ledges. Inside and outside of cabinets, move all items from counters and wipe items upon return. Wash kitchen items as needed, bleach sink, wipe dishrack. Inside appliances, stainless steel polish. Soft scrub bleach in tubs and showers, top to bottom on toilets, hand wipes floor in hard to reach corners, all glass doors. Wipes inside of windows ledges. Polish wood surfaces. Moves furniture if possible, vacuums all carpets and corners. Sweep, and mop under furniture if possible. Hand wipe baseboards. Anything else I find!
